Patrice O’Neal [Thoughts]

It’s no secret that I’m a big fan of Patrice O’Neal. I’ve seen him live. I’ve seen all the specials. He’s the best thing about O&A. His set during the O&A Traveling Virus tour (toughest audience ever) is one of the best sets ever. Upon hearing of his heart attack last month I prepared for the worst.

Patrice O’Neal passed away today at the age of 41.

I kind of regret wasting my tickets to see him this year but maybe it was for the better. He’s not the best comic but his unique observations are what people love. I’m shocked.
