I’ve been hearing a lot about this camera during the week before NAB. Besides the Canon and RED big announcements, this little guy has peaked my interest. I’ve owned Blackmagic gear before and it’s always top notch. This camera promises 2.5K RAW with 13 Stops of dynamic range for $2,995. That’s unreal. I’ve linked to some test footage below. It’s difficult to tell quality of image but it looks good. The highlights don’t harshly blow like other popular cameras. The image is a little soft but that may not be the camera so I’ll have to see some more tests. Regardless, for the base-price, I’m impressed.
