So…Google basically renamed their already-awesome Google Docs to Google Drive. The only upgrades I can see so far are you can now install it on your desktop to give your Google Drive a physical space there and now there are a few more software built into Google Drive to handle more file types. As far as I can tell the interface is still the same. Check the link above for more info on upgraded storage pricing.

UPDATE: I’ve been monitoring my Google Docs storage all morning waiting for this announcement and it turns out Google upped the prices for storage. Luckily I upped my storage before Google Drive kicked in. 25gb was only $5 a year. I have 500gb now.
