Seriously I’ve died and gone to heaven. I’ve NEVER DONE a dj gig in new york with some many open minded appreciative music lovers. Wow.

On my way home the other day I passed by Apt 78. I knew Questo was going to be DJ’ing there sometime soon but forgot it was that night. I saw a bunch of Inwood familiar faces out front and a bunch of familiar tunes blaring out the spot. Check some of his tweets. He also managed to hit up my seafood spot on 207th, El Tina Fish Market, afterwards. Back in the day, I meet Questlove in what he called “the old Platinum Island“. I’ve also seen him with The Roots a bunch of times live. Always a pleasure.
