Masta Ace the Coach

Did you know Masta Ace coached football at Canarsie High School? I didn’t and Masta Ace is one of my all time favorite emcees! I think even higher of him now. Who cares if it’s JV?! And Snoop has nothing on Masta Ace except football knowledge.
I’m not a fan of director Court Dunn‘s music videos but this video was put together well and held my attention all the way through. I watch a lot of routine artist interviews and for some reason this isn’t one of them. Maybe subject matter has as much importance as I’ve been saying.
And by the way, when Masta Ace said “football” he actually said “fútbol“, because everyone knows fútbol is the best team sport on Earth.
